When I open Ambient Occlusion Pro and then try to use the windows calculator or snipping tool I get the following messages:

The program can’t start because x64-msvcrt-ruby220.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this program.
Once Sketchup is closed the applications can be used again. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
