AO EX Batch and Rendering Quality Issues

Hi - AO will not render the different view set ups from SU 2020. We only get the same view multiple times. Also, no difference in quality output from low or high in resolution. Additionally, Viewport rendering hangs / freezes and Render Window will freeze or close without completing task. So currently are not able to output anything.

Running Sketchup 2020 on Mac running OS 10.15.5

Hi peninsulam,
due to SketchUp API limitations, you need to set animation scene transition different from 0 in order to be use batch rendering.
If you’ve installed also SketchFX, please make sure you’ve the latest version or uninstall it.
