Cannot import any fbx files from CGAxis

I have the full set of trees and plants from CGAxis in fbx format.

FluidImporterPro-4.0.11 cannot import any of them.

I get the error message on all tries of “Import Failed”. After that SketchUp is ‘frozen’: although the cursor is still active, nothing can be selected.

Using Autodesk FBX Comverter 2013.3, I converted some to obj and to dae but all failed to import using FluidImporterPro

I used SimLab Composer to re-save in SimLab’s fbx format and in obj format: they also failed to import using FluidImporterPro

All in all: Very disappointing
