I have problem with installation of AmbientOcclusion Pro, which I bought yesterday. After downloading and running SketchUp, following the instructions, this exstension doesn’t appear in extension manager window. I tried many times. Today I tried to download it again, but the link expired. Is there anything you can do to help me?
I have SketchUp verions from 2015 to 2018 and it doesn’t work in any of them. (I’m logged in to SketchUp company account).
I have tried trial version previously, few weeks ago, which was working good.
I tried to resolve this problem by help desk on website, but with no response.
I will be very grateful for your help.
