I just downloaded the latest version of fluid-ray and I’m having a problem.
I’m trying to import sketchup files containing references to additional models (using components named “fluidray-ref(xxx.skp)” but fluidray won’t replace the components with the other models.
Both the sketchup file and the other files containing the models to be replaced are in the same local folder (no network) and until yesterday with the old version the files worked fine on fluidray
Any ideas on how to proceed?
In the newest versions of FluidRay the file references have been disabled because using them wasn’t very practical, and not many users where actually using it. The functionality has been replaced by the asset library.

Unfortunately for me it was a very useful function and I have many old projects to completely rework because they were designed to take advantage of the “file reference function”. Is there a recent version of fluidray that has both the “file reference function” and “hair patch tool”?
