I Just Found SketchFX - Question

I just found SketchFX, and it looks like what I have been looking for. Very simple interface with stunning results. I have a few questions, though, before I decide to purchase.

Is there a limit to the SketchUp model size? Some of my models stop at 57% processing. I have found that it appears to run slowly on my system, even with incredibly small models. I am running SketchUp Pro 2016 on a 64-bit Windows 10 machine with dual core processor and 8 gigs of RAM. Would increased RAM help, or is this just how the system works?

The ram on your system should be more than enough. Only an increase in processor power would speed up the rendering.

Can you send the model that is causing problems to our private email, so we can test it?
