Program is not opening

Hello everyone, I just recently found this program and it really looked cool on the website. I subscribed and downloaded the program. However after installing the program it will not open at all. What am I missing? When I try to open it, the icon bounces for a second and then I get a message saying that FluidRay unexpectedly quit. Can someone please help? I am running this on a MacPro running OS X 10.13.6. Thanks!

Here is the error report that I get:

Any luck figuring out why the program won’t work? I would really like to try this program but I can’t.

It looks like the problem is due to the processor not supporting AVX instruction set. We are looking into the issue, but it might take some time. In the meanwhile, if you’d like you can send us an email requesting cancellation of the subscription.

Thank you Nicola. I will be sending an e-mail, but I am very interested in the program, if you get this working with my processor I would certainly like to try it out.

Hello Nicloa, I sent a message requesting a cancellation of subscription just like you said, but I still got charged. Can you please remove the charge and cancel my subscription? I would love to use this program but it just doesn’t work on my computer. Thanks.

Hello Doug, I cancelled the charge. I’ll be contacting you via email to see if we can get FluidRay to work on your computer.

We just released a new version of FluidRay fixing the issue.
