Registering the extension

just purchased the extension and received all my details from the Sketchup Extension Warehouse,
Order Number, Item No. etc but when I try to enter these details it says the Order Confirmation Number is invalid… Please could you help me resolve this issue

You have to click on my name and click “Message” on the popup window.

when I click on your name it doesn’t give me a choice of sending me a message…on a Mac… it just shows your stats
