I’m using the latest version of AO (3.3.2 8 Aug 2023) but having trouble when selecting the following menu items: change presets, change backgrounds and change environment. Each selection causes a crash. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Kind regards.
Hello Ian, have you tried completely removing AmbientOcclusion from the Plugins folder and reinstalling?
Also, did this problem happen before? Did you upgrade something on your computer? Or did you install some other extension than can create conflicts?

Yes I’ve removed and reinstalled AO from the extension manager, plugins folder. This is a new issue for me!
The only change has been that I’ve added the AI extension Diffusion from Sketchup.
Attached is the error message I get. I’m then prompted to ‘Activate’ AO again (every time after it kicks me out)

Please try the following:
- Quit SkechUp
- Delete the folder /Users/ianveroni/ Documents/AmbientOcclusionEx/
- Restart the computer
- Try running AmbientOcclusion Ex again (it might require you to enter the activation credentials)
