Spotty Lighting

I’m getting very spotty images when using lots of small bright lights. I often build all the lights as specified for a building, but run into issues when lots of small bright lights are used.

Is there a way to improve this through settings, or
Can I introduce light to a scene using an object that is invisible?, or
Is there some other method I don’t know?

You can see it on the bottom right of the image on the curtains behind glass.

What kind of glass are you using? In a situation like this, please use “Thin Glass”, because the other type of glasses take longer to render.

To make an object invisible, select it, then Ctrl + h (Cmd + h on Mac)
