Subscription and trouble running

Hi,

I just started the free 10-days and was sent the e-mail with the instructions, however I get an internal server error 500 when following the link to the downloads. That’s the first issue and that makes me want to discontinue my subscription right away.

Then by some “searching around” I found the files and installed, this however produces new errors that I don’t seem to get around. I do not find any way of managing my subscription so I need help with how to terminate my subscription or getting it to run.

I’m running an iMac 27 (3,2ghz, i5) macOS Mojave 10.14.5.

Well, I get error messages, I’ve also tried running it from the terminal.
Basically it produces this message:
