Unable to download AO Ex

Hi I have just purchased AO Ex on the site but everytime I try to download the file it gives me a 404 page not found error.

Can the file be sent to my email so I can activate it please.

Hi Rob,
We re-tried all the download links and they work. Did you try the “download” and “manager licenses” links in the purchase confirmation email?

Thanks Alberto. It turned out that our workplace network was blocking download. We have downloaded and installed successfully but the tool bar and drop down menu is unresponsive. Clicking on it does nothing and my license is showing as 1 available and 0 active.

Any ideas?
