I have purchased and activated and have been using Fluidimporter Pro for some time. Now being asked to purchase or activate again.
Please make sure you have the latest version installed from here http://www.fluidinteractive.com/products/sketchup-extensions/fluidimporter/
- Restart SketchUp
- Insert the activation credentials
- Restart SketchUp again
