Cannot create log file

I cannot get any feature of AO to work. When I try to activate, I receive the message “Cannot create log file.”
I just installed the latest version of AO. I working with SketchUp 2014 Pro on Windows 10

Is the a folder called AmbientOcclusionPro in your Documents folder? If so do the following:

  1. Close all instances of SketchUp
  2. Delete the AmbientOcclusionPro folder
  3. Open only one instance of SketchUp
  4. Start AmbientOcclusion Pro
