Importing Rhino 3dm model but some parts of model are missing?

Hi, I imported a 3dm model from Rhino, but in render preview in Fluidray some parts of the model are missing… any help with this? Thank you.

Im having a similar problem. Very simple models are missing basic components.

In Rhino, please select View/Shaded prior to saving the Rhino file.

When saving the Rhino file, make sure “Save small” option is NOT selected.
