SketchFx Presets missing after the installation of the Ambient Occlusion trail

Does anyone know how I can reinstall my SketchFx presets? They all disappeared after I installed the Ambient Occlusion 10-day trial. I have a full license for SketchFx

Hi Alberto, I think I have the same problem, but it was after installing AO Pro ie paid licence.

Please advise…
