Sketchup OBJ Importer Doesn't Show Up In File Import

I have downloaded and installed “FluidImporter_Win32_1_0_5.exe” with supervisory permissions on a Windows 7 - 64 Bit system that has Sketchup 8 Pro.

I get a start menu folder that says “Fluid Inporter for SketchUp” with an uninstall icon, but when I start Sketchup and go to File=>Import, I don’t see and options for OBJ file types.

in the “C:\Program Files (x86)\SketchUp\SketchUp 2013\Importers” folder I also don’t see any new DLLs for OBJ

The Uninstall seems to work fine and says it’s uninstalled, but when I re-install I have the same problem.

Is there a different DLL for Windows 7 64 bit?

Any other suggestions?

Is there anything other than copying the DLL into that folder and doing a REGEDIT on it in the install? If not, Is there a way I can get a copy of the DLL and do the REGEDIT myself?

FluidImporter is incompatible with SketchUp 2013. We’ll look into the issue.
